Mindshift CBT

Mindshift CBT is a free app created by Anxiety Canada that can be downloaded onto your smart phone.

It is very user friendly and offers several different tools and resources to help you positively deal with your anxiety. Once you have downloaded the app you are prompted to answer questions about you and your feelings. Daily check ins allow you to assess how you are feeling, what you are having anxiety about and utilize tools such as Healthy Thinking, Chill Zone and Taking Action to resolve anxieties. There is a Learn page which offers information about anxiety and how CBT works. The Goal section allows you to set goals and how you will get there and the Share section gives you the ability to share your progress, the app and your story with others. I very much enjoyed using this app and will continue to take advantage of the tools and resources for decreasing my stress and anxiety.
